Spring Has Sprung

I suppose this post comes a little too late as we leap-frogged over spring right into summer this weekend, but here are a few of the pictures I took at Green-Wood Cemetery the other day. It was my first time going somewhere with the specific purpose of taking pictures and I had a ball pushing Elizabeth up and down the cobble-stoned paths and "composing" my shots. Of course, they are all pretty mediocre, but here are my favorites.

I think they're fabulous. Love the big haunty pink tree.

P.S. If you look reeeeeaaaaaly closely on the one looking down towards the water (and zoom in), you can see the Statue of Liberty.

I think spring blossoms have a way of bringing out the photographer in all of us. These, at least, are lovely. :)

I'm glad you guys got spring finally. The pictures are really pretty. I liked your last post by the way. You family seems way cool and Adam seems to fit right in. Don't you love that?

Cemeteries (or seminaries, as my kids say) are so lovely. I can't help thinking of the Plan of Salvation and how wonderful it is when I drive through them.
